my dad has a nj license and was traveling in Maryland. some guy was speeding, but he zoom out and the state trooper mistakenly pull my dad over for speeding, which he didn't. my dad was driving the legal speed limit. he was driving a common color car. the trooper ticketed my dad for speeding instead, my dad try to explain it wasn't him, but the trooper wouldn't listen. he was ticketed at 81mpgh in 55mph zone. what should my dad do? go to court or not? how can he prove the cop ticketed the wrong person. my dad is telling the truth because there's no reason for him to lie to me. does this happen a lot?
