Help me on which car to choose...?

I'm looking at a 2001 Saturn for 2,950 with about 100k miles or a 1994 Plymouth Laser for 2,400 with a little over 100k miles on it...both in good condition...the Laser has had quite a few items recently replaced on it that is the only thing that worries me...that and the fact that it is 7 years older too. anyone have opinions. pretty sure the saturn is a sl1 and the laser is non turbo
