How do you get that sandy kind of rough sound in a saxophone?

I really wnat to improve my solo's, so I was wondering how do you get that rough kind of sound like this person does in "money" by Pink Floyd. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4hkjkTe5kZE look at the video and go to 2:00 and you will see what I mean. If anyone can help me with this I would apreciate it =)
