I've just bought the Altera Cyclone III Development Board off eBay from a seller based in China and he sent me a software disc which came in Chinese. Because of this, I can't start developing my VHDL code to practice with. Altera offer plenty of software packages online for free but I'm not sure which packages will suit my requirement, that is, basic compilation and synthesis of my code?
