I'm joining a affiliate website for toys do i need a business name also should I trademark my logo?

I will be using Myfreewebsite.com to build it, does anyone have any experience with them? Do I need to be set up like a business? Looking to have my own logo and domain name, I just want to protect the idea if its placed on t-shirts etc.
