Is Gun Control Really Against the Constitution/Bill of Rights?

If you read the actual amendment it says "well regulated". That means all those folks with guns have to have an officer in charge and take cles and be safe and stuff. I'm for it. Switzerland is so big in favour of this stuff even folks who don't want a gun have one, and they just about never commit a crime with it.
