Is there anyway we could possibly change gaia online?

everyone on there is a ******* troll. and i get called a troll because im trying to defend myself. we can't report for anything except item stealing. the moderators are all powerful. i hate how this site is run and how the people on it cheat and get everything. also if you get banned, you can just sign up again. it used to be fun, before my friend got upset because people were non-stop with making fun of her and she couldn't do anything about it. it seems like the new people don't have any power at all, only the people who have been there for about a year or maybe a half a year and the moderators
