Soo I cant have for 2 weeks. HOW can I tell the guy im with this..?!?!!?

Ok soo ive only had a couple of times so far in my life (im 19) Cus i havnt been in many long relationships and im not gonna sleep with just anyone you know.. So ive been seeing this guy and we kinda did it twice (kinda meaning did it but didnt finish....) and it reallly hurt still , so i went for my frst exam/pap smear and my doctor noticed there was like a tear of the skinn down there and it should take 2 weeks to heal, and if i have now it will just get worse and continue to be painfull. I have absolutly no problem waiting 2 weeks lol and letting it heal as well.. (besides i need to be more ready and relaxedd..) now i know hes gonna wanna do it before that, Sooo what do i tell him, like thats kinda embaressing? And i cant say im on my period because he knows i already was just 2 weeks ago. PLEASE HELP!
