Which is the best music school?

This is a short list. There are many other schools of music with great programs - BU, Northwestern, Indiana, Rice, Oberlin... but most importantly, it isn't the name of the school but how well the program and teacher fits you. If that is a "big" school, then great, but considering how many students are accepted into the schools you have listed, then the majority of people go to lesser known and/or smaller schools. I could rate these, but I would be rating them for me. You have to rate them for you.
