I think Triumph for sure. If that word holds significance for you, I find that 100 times more personal than a portrait or heart, especially if it pertains to your dad. I think you should put it below your neck, arched. That would look pretty. You could also put it on your shoulderblade over your heart.

Put the crack pipe down! You think all of the problems from when Saddam was ruiling of have gone away? There are still malnourishment problems in Iraq. Further, basic health services are scant in many parts of the country. Thousands of people die each month from lack of food, poor water quality/qater related sickness and lack of power running to medical facilities.
