Some people have es, and this just happens to be his. Looking back now (since you've been with him three years), was there anytime you can recall him intentionally delaying you from using the bathroom? If not, and this is the first you knew of it, then he must love and trust you enough to admit to you that he was really turned on when you were bursting and about to wet yourself. Was he driving at the time? If yes, he did stop for you, and that's the more important thing. He just has a he really can't control. Try to joke about it - like when you need to pee, say "I'd better go now, or else I'll turn you on".
