i took a health and fitness cl last semester and my teacher told me that your body doesn't start to break down fat and calories after 18 minutes of exercise. Doing pilates is also fun and very relaxing. Portion your food aswell. You can eat what you want, but portion it out. No sugar. you can have 10 grams a day. Sugar is what the body uses to combine the fats together which makes it harder to lose weight. I hoped i helped a little bit. Message me back and tell me what you think :)
