What to do about this!!?

So my SO got laid off from his union he is a boiler maker and we live in Ar we would go back to AR except I have insurance here **btw we are in mo on his job**and none in AR! and i am 32w 2d I dont think anyone would take a 32w pregnant woman. Or do they? and exactly how expensive could the appointments be since i don't need any blood work or anything and i dont know if it would be to late to prepay at a hospital!! UGH GIVE ME SOME ADIVCE PLEASE
