Why is there no Legislation to Support Bachmann's founding father's theory?

The founding father's were not unanimous in their support of slavery. They were facing war with England, and they had to draft a doent that would unite the nation - including the pro-slavery States. It was that doent that would eventually make the case against slavery. This was no accident.
