Why do people keep calling Obama the messiah?

never heard that one... though you have to wonder how someone that is for bigger government, higher taxes, and smaller military is doing as good as he is in the race.... not to mention his horrible judge of character (would you really trust him to pick good allies if he picks a paster like Rev Write and never notices anything wrong with him for 20 years) and it has become apparent that you cannot make fun of him, for instance he did a speach talking about how he did not like what was being said to him in a cartoon (talk about knowing whats important *rolls eyes*)
