I think the problem with the Saturn Vue is not the rotors, but the brakes are not releasing.?

With so many people seeing the rotors warp again and again, they must be getting hot for a reason. Also, I noticed after replacing the pads and rotors, the brakes squeak slightly when they are not being applied. Also, there is a hugh amount of brake dust after a couple weeks of using the car since the rotors were replaced.
