My mom might have the swine flu?
Unless you want an unnecessary ER bill, don't. Most people who come down with the swine flu survive. If she thinks she has the swine flu, have her set up a doctors appointment with in 24 to 48 hours. If she has the swine flu, they will treat her with Tamiflu. That's all they can really do. People aren't hospitalized unless the infection become severe. In most cases, it doesn't. The ER is really unnecessary. They would do the exact same thing that they would do at the doctors office. As long as they catch it in the first 48 hours they can treat with Tamiflu. If you are worried about your daughter catching it, don't let her come around your mother.
