How soon can I file my 2009 taxes?

I've heard you can file with your last paystub (but it HAS to include up TO December 31st or else you'd be filing wrong). I think you can e-file and it will sit there until the 15th or 16th and then go through. Go to taxslayer.com they are great, fast, and only cost short of $10 to file (but my first year was free so I don't know if they still do that or not) and they can deduct from your checking account OR your refund.
