What do you think of my writing?

This is not bad at all and is very readable. It does need editing as there are one or two typing errors. The only thing I would say is would an arrow plummet to the ground? The word plummet describes something that is heavy and falls quite a way so an arrow falling a few feet would not really come into that category - I would suggest something like 'dropped feebly to the ground'. Having said that keep writing the story because it does make a good read, Good luck with your writing.
